Recently, the City of Fate announced its plans to partner with Buxton analytics to attract retail and restaurant development to the community.

Buxton, a customer analytics company based in Fort Worth, works with businesses to determine their customer base.

“We help businesses understand who their customers are, where their customers are located and how to grow the value of each customer,” a press release from the company states. “More than 3,000 clients in the retail, restaurant, healthcare, private equity and public sectors have relied on our insights to guide their growth strategies.”

In order to bring more business to Fate, Buxton will analyze customers at a household-level to identify retail and restaurant companies that match consumers’ wants and needs.

With experience working with more than 650 cities in the nation, including Texas cities North Richland Hills, Waxahachie and Fulshear, Buxton is excited to serve the city of Fate.

“Rapid growth can be a challenge, but the city of Fate is taking the right steps to lay a solid foundation for the future,” said vice president of Buxton’s public sector division Lisa McCay.

“Buxton is pleased to support the city’s retail development efforts through our best-in-class analytics.”

Fate is also looking forward to their partnership with Buxton.

“Fate has experienced tremendous population growth over the last 15 years,” Lance Megyesi, president of the Fate Development Corporation and city council member, said.

“By partnering with Buxton, we will attract new retail and restaurant development to meet the needs of our community.”
