The Rockwall County Grand Jury recently returned 24 felony indictments against 20 defendants.

Information provided by the Rockwall County District Clerk’s office lists the names of 15 defendants. The district clerk’s office only provides names and indictments of those who have been arrested. The others were at-large when the indictments were returned on Feb. 18.

Indictments returned in 382nd District Court named:

• Blaine Porter Jr., evading arrest detention with vehicle, aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and obstruction or retaliation;

• Pedro Sanchez-Jimenez, two indictments, tamper with government records;

• Tasha Lashae Brown, manufacture/delivery of a controlled substance, more than 4 grams, less than 200 grams;

• Derek Logan Browning, possession of a controlled substance, less than 1 gram; and

• Sharon Kay Johnson, credit card or debit card abuse.

Indictments returned in 439th District Court named:

• John Colton Cullins, possession of a controlled substance, more than 1 gram, less than 4 grams;

• Kevin Ross Dumith, assault family/household member;

• Eloy Carl Henry, evading arrest detention with vehicle;

• Jaime Huesca, driving while intoxicated, third or more;

• Jarrel Anthony Jefferson, stalking;

• Azael Lopez, manufacture/delivery of a controlled substance, more than 4 grams, less than 200 grams;

• Miguel Angel Rubio, possession of a controlled substance, more than 1 gram, less than 4 grams;

• Drew Alexander Tilley, possession of a controlled substance, more than 1 gram, less than 4 grams, and possession of marijuana, more than 4 ounces, less than 5 pounds;

• Milton J. Turner III, possession of marijuana, more than 4 ounces, less than 5 pounds; and

• Patrick Turner, possession of marijuana, more than 4 ounces, less than 5 pounds.
