One local resident has been indicted on two counts of domestic violence assault, faces the loss of his probation in another assault and has been charged in an alleged sexual assault.

The panel also issued eight sealed indictments, as the subject(s) named in the documents had yet to be arrested and arraigned on the pending charges. The panel also did not find sufficient evidence to issue an indictment in three cases, during which a “no bill” was issued.
