New business park

The site of the former Aries Spa hot tub vendor at 4176 East I-30 in Rockwall (near Fate), will soon be home to a $15 million flex-office development, where gear-headed small business owners can park their prized cars right inside their office spaces.

“There is a high demand for this type of product,” said Alan Ackerman of Iron Ranch Development, who will be building the new business park. “Flex-office has become increasingly popular among business owners because of the flexibility and design layout.

“The units will have 14-foot garage doors and mezzanines, which cater to both business and car enthusiasts,” Ackerman explained.

Construction on Iron Ranch Business Park is planned to begin at the beginning of February and is estimated to take about eight months to complete. The complex will be comprised of four single-story buildings with a total of 98 units throughout the 140,000-square-foot facility.

Iron Ranch Business Park is currently accepting reservations for units. For more information contact Ackerman at Alan@IronRanchDevelopment.com or 214-400-3698.
